The 76-segment foundation outline comes directly from S4.0. Exterior wall recesses and circulation follow A4.13–A4.16; window locations and scheduled sizes are extracted from A4.22/A4.23 and A2.0. Four floor datums use 9′-1″ plates plus 1′-7½″ floor assemblies.
Materials: red-marked stone is reduced to the first-floor band, blue-marked stone is removed. Remaining stone locations are retained. Shoji White / Retreat / Iron Ore and dark window frames follow the supplied color elevation. Texture appearance is representative.
30′ option: distance follows the breezeway centerlines to an exterior passage opening. The model changes the finish surface only; it does not assess fire, weather, moisture, or code suitability.
Modeled interpretation: main roof and projecting hip roofs follow the 4:12 profile; detailed intersections, flashing and manufactured trusses are simplified. Patio door 02 and the separate A/B windows follow the enlarged unit plans; manufacturer profiles and hardware are representative. The central front ground-floor projection is the F.S.R.R. with C18 door. The six bedroom windows above align on the wall behind it. Window awnings follow A6.2/A8.4, while the flatter entry canopies follow A8.3. Rear storage includes the ground IDF and the closed upper terminal rooms. The 30-foot calculation treats that rear opening as ground-floor only. Tall stair openings follow the elevations; unit interiors and MEP are excluded.
